BUTTER PRAWNS


Ingredients:
A)
600 g large prawns
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
(marinate these for about 15 min)

3 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon curry powder
(mix these together)

B)
3 eggs yolks
1 tablespoon evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
(fry these into scramble egg)

2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon chopped chilli
1 tablespoon chopped curry leaves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Method:
1.Trim off feelers and legs from prawns. Rinse,pat dry and marinate.
Put aside for 15 min.
2. Toss in cornflour mixture. Fry and drain the prawns.
3. Use butter.Fry egg mixture and stir while frying. Remove.
4. Fry garlic mixture until fragrant. Mix the prawns and egg strips. Serve.
